2025 Hyundai Venue: Bigger, Smarter, and More Premium Than Ever

The new Hyundai Venue for 2025 has finally arrived. It's a model a lot of you have been waiting for.

Now, in terms of design, it's quite a departure from the older Venue and you'll see more than a few hints of the latest of Hyundai's in the design and styling of the new venue.

Hyundai has given this popular compact SUV a serious upgrade in the design and styling of the new venue.

Bolder and More Distinctive Design

From the outside, the new Venue looks strikingly different from the older model.
So, the top portion is something that we've seen on the Alcazar & the Creta

The front gets a full-width LED light bar that connects sleek headlamps featuring L-shaped lighting figuring as well as full LED elements on the tops spec variants.

With pretty bulky silver cladding lower down on the bumper, it does add some visual mass to the design.

Around the sides, pronounced cladding 16 inch rims (17-inch on the N- Line) complement its tougher styling.

The rear is equally impressive, sporting new wraparound tail-lamps connected by an LED light bar that stretches across the boot.

Even the Venue name is now neatly embedded behind a glass panel - a small but classy detail.

The car is 20 mm longer in wheelbase and slightly wider, which improves overall road presence and interior space.

Premium and Feature-Packed Cabin

Step inside, and the transformation continues. Hyundai has reworked the cabin with improved materials, a modern design layout, and better ergonomics.

The dashboard carries an “H” pattern with vertical and horizontal vents.

What really stands out are the 12.3 inch screens. It is a curved display. A setup that combines the digital driver’s cluster and the central touchscreen.

It supports wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Physical buttons for audio and climate control remain, a detail traditionalists will love, while practical touches like front seat ventilation controls and an electric parking brake are now included.

The center console is neatly arranged with wireless charging, USB ports, and storage spaces for convenience.

The overall fit and finish easily match the best in the segment.
Rear-seat space has improved thanks to the extended wheelbase and recontoured front seatbacks.

Passengers now get adjustable seat recline, rear AC vents, sun blinds, and Type-C charging ports.

The 60:40 split-folding seats and well-shaped boot make it family-friendly and flexible for everyday use.

Powertrains and Driving Feel

Engine options remain similar but refined on the venue from Gen 1 to Gen 2.

The Venue continues to offer a 1.2 L 4-cylinder engine that makes 83 horsepower and is available with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The other petrol engine choice is a 1 L 3-cylinder turbo petrol unit, makes 120 horsepower, is offered with a six-speed manual, and a 7-speed dual clutch transmission.

Then there's also the option of a 1.5 L diesel as before, 115 horsepower with a six-speed manual as standard.

The new addition are a Six-speed torque converter automatic, formerly only available with the Kia Sonnet and the Kia SiOS.

Now, a diesel engine and automatic transmission option really makes a big difference to buyers who are looking to use their compact cars for a lot of running.

Hyundai’s drive and traction modes further improve usability in varied conditions.

Enhanced Safety and Technology

The 2025 Venue is built on an improved K1 platform with higher structural rigidity. Standard safety features includes:

6 airbags, ABS with EBD, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Hill Assist Control.

For the first time, the Venue introduces Level 2 ADAS, that is based on camera and radar inputs.

There are auto emergency braking, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, and more.

Hyundai expects strong safety ratings once tests are conducted.

Venue N Line: Sporty Twist

Available only with the one liter petrol engine. It's differentiable with its sportier bumper, different grill mesh, inline badging, and red detailing.

Inside, it gets an all-black cabin with red detailing, metal pedals, and a sportier steering wheel.

The endline has a more confident stance thanks to its larger 17 inch rims.

While mechanical upgrades are not mentioned yet, the N Line caters to those who want more visual flair and character.
